Cummings 260-12-SG Bait Dip Net 1/16″ or 3/16″

Description

The Cummings 260-12-SG Bait Dip Net 1/16″ or 3/16″ is designed for bait dealers, hatcheries, fishing guides, and anglers who need a dependable net for handling live bait. Whether you’re transferring minnows between bait tanks, filling live wells, or sorting baitfish, this dip net is built to make the job faster and easier. As a result, you can handle bait more efficiently while helping keep fish healthy.

Fine Mesh Protects Delicate Bait

Choose from 1/16″ or 3/16″ fine mesh to match your needs. The fine mesh gently cradles minnows and other small baitfish while allowing water to drain quickly. This helps reduce stress, scale loss, and injury during transfer. Consequently, your bait stays healthier and more active.

Heavy-Duty Frame for Long Service Life

To withstand daily use, the net features a 16″ x 9″ galvanized steel bow. The heavy-duty frame resists rust, corrosion, and bending in both freshwater and saltwater environments. In addition, the wide opening makes it easy to scoop more bait with each pass, saving time when working in busy bait shops or hatcheries.

Comfortable Handle with Reinforced Strength

The 20-inch painted hardwood handle offers excellent balance and control. Its shorter length is ideal for working in bait tanks, buckets, and live wells where extra reach isn’t necessary. Furthermore, a reinforced steel ferrule strengthens the connection between the handle and the bow. This high-stress area is built to withstand years of repeated lifting and scooping.

Deep Net Bag for Easy Transfers

The 12-inch deep net bag provides plenty of room for transferring baitfish without overcrowding them. At the same time, the deeper bag helps prevent bait from jumping out during transport. Heavy-duty net-saving guards protect the mesh from rubbing against tank edges, boat rails, docks, and other rough surfaces. Therefore, the net lasts longer and requires fewer replacements over time.
